Who is responsible for this site

Information you provide
If you email us, your email address and the information you include are available to us so we can handle your message. Please do not send passwords, payment details or private medical information.
The newsletter signup form asks for your email address. MailPoet manages subscription records and preferences. Its subscription system also records the signup IP address to help prevent abuse, and the current configuration collects browser time zones. A subscription record may include a name if you provide one through subscription management.
Newsletter tracking and cookies
MailPoet is currently configured for full engagement tracking: email opens and link clicks can be measured, and browser cookies can be used to connect site and email engagement. The current setting does not ask each subscriber separately whether to measure opens and clicks. Subscribing should not be understood as a promise of tracking-free email.
MailPoet’s sending service is the configured newsletter delivery service. Its provider describes its processing in the Automattic privacy policy.
You can use unsubscribe or subscription-management links in emails you receive, or contact us at the address above about your subscription. Blocking cookies or remote email images in your browser or email app can limit some tracking, but does not necessarily prevent all link-click measurement.
Website hosting and embedded services
The site uses WordPress and Bluehost hosting. Hosting services process technical information needed to deliver pages, such as IP addresses and browser/request information. Bluehost’s provider explains its practices in the Newfold Digital Privacy Center.
Where a page offers a YouTube video, choosing to play it loads content from YouTube. Third-party embedded content can collect technical information, use cookies and associate activity with an account you are signed into. See Google’s privacy policy. Links to books, retailers, sources and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
WordPress uses cookies for account sign-in and administrative preferences. Public article comments are closed. Moving old comments out of public view does not mean every associated record or backup has been permanently erased.
Planned advertising
MarGo! Moments plans to use Google AdSense. If Google ads are displayed on this site, Google and other third-party advertising providers may place or read cookies, use web beacons, and collect information such as IP addresses to deliver and measure advertising. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads based on visits to this site and other websites. You can turn off personalized Google advertising through Google Ads Settings. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Retention and requests
MailPoet’s current sending-record setting does not automatically expire per-subscriber sending records. The setting to stop sending after 12 months of inactivity is not a deletion schedule. Unsubscribing stops future subscription emails; it does not by itself guarantee removal of historical records.
You can contact us to ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include the email address associated with your request, but do not send a password. The available response and any retention requirements depend on the information involved and applicable law.
